Effective Date: July 25, 2026
Welcome to Hacker’s Haven. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hacker’s Haven website, registration for seasonal league play, participation in Hacker’s Haven tournaments and events, and any related services provided by Pantheon (“Hacker’s Haven,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website or registering for a season, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or register for league participation.
Participation in Hacker’s Haven requires registration for the current competitive season.
Players may choose one of two registration options:
Both registration options renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
Registration provides eligibility to participate in Hacker’s Haven league play during the applicable season but does not guarantee qualification for Championship events, prizes, or specific tournament placements.
Annual registrations automatically renew each season.
Monthly registrations automatically renew each month throughout the season.
By completing registration, you authorize Hacker’s Haven and our payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method until your registration is canceled.
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically generate refunds for payments already processed.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Hacker’s Haven does not store or retain your payment card information.
Registration fees, billing schedules, and pricing may change for future seasons. Any pricing changes will not affect payments that have already been processed.
Unless otherwise required by law, registration fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered at Hacker’s Haven’s sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances.
If a season is canceled or materially modified by Hacker’s Haven, we may offer refunds, credits, or alternative accommodations at our discretion.
